    Hello, I’m contacting you because I am creating my website and I have a layout problem of the MOBILE BOTTOM NAVBAR. The “Shop” icon has bugged.

    First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family :).

    Please navigate to Woodmart > CSS generator and make sure you have not deactivated the appropriate styles.

    If it not helps, Please send your site Wp Admin Login details so we will check it for you on your site.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been solved please check your site now after removing the browser cache, It was because of the unclosed <a> tag under Theme Setting >> Footer >> Copyright Section, I just closed that </a> tag and the issue resolved as shown in these screenshots :

    Thank you very much for finding the problem.

    I have 2 other problems :

    I just saw that a new layout problem has appeared for the promotional offer part.
    The logos have become huge and they are in the middle of the text. While I want them above the text as the basic theme.

    See the attached picture.

    Also, yesterday I had a problem because I could not display the filter widget by price in the menu “Shop page Widget Area”

    I also found two problems on my Order Track page.

    The Woocommerce element “Order Tracking Form” does not work anymore, I think that I had to manually change a name in the parameters to pass it in French and it had to break the link.

    Also, on this page the Header as on the other pages does not appear and the scroll header is not the good one.

    1. The issue with the information box icon has been solved. I have enabled the information box element and regenerate the CSS. For the CSS issues, please navigate to Woodmart > CSS generator and make sure you have not deactivated the appropriate styles. Please see this screenshot: http://prnt.sc/p11vrh

    2. Your price filter issue has been solved. Now the filter widget by price in the menu “Shop page Widget Area” is shown and working perfectly fine. It was your cache issue, I have purged the WP Rocket Cache.

    3. Tracking form issue has been solved. Please check this page: https://www.fannymcreations.com/suivi-de-livraison/

    Actually, you have not uploaded the background image for the page. I have uploaded the image on your site and set as a background image for this page. Please see this screenshot: http://prnt.sc/p128hm and this resolves your issue.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the resolution of my 3 problems. It’s impeccable.

    For the last point for the “Order Tracking” page, I can not find the parameters to put the same page background and header as the other pages. Can you look to put the same settings?

    Hello,

    To make the page look as your desired layout edit that page and go to HEADER OPTIONS >> Custom header for this page >> Choose ‘none’ as shown in the below screenshot:

    And then edit the very first row with wp bakery page builder by clicking on the pencil icon and select second tab and remove the upper padding and set upper margin to -40px as in the below screenshot:

    Also unchecked the Disable Page title from the Page Title Options as in the below screenshot:
