Mailchimp for WordPress plugin doesn t work

I have encountered this weird issue when the Subscribe button doesn’t work after I add an email address in the form. I have configured the form and there is nothing particularly wrong with it.
Is it an incompatibility with the plugin? I don’t quite understand and would appreciate if you can have a look and give me a solution.

Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same on the default theme, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict.
