When you installed the “Dokan” plugin it automatically adds two options below the registration form “I am a customer ” and “I am a vendor”.

By default “I am a customer” option is selected. To switch this to “I am a vendor ” as default selected, you have to follow the steps of upper article. Item support does not include services to modify the functionality of third party plugins.
