uvaluxParticipantHello,
I do not see all of the options on my screen as what’s in the documentation to make my ‘BRANDS’ menu full width like the ‘SHOP’ menu. I’ve created an html block, see attached screenshot.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As soon as you add a menu item, save the menu to see Custom fields [for theme], they will contain the Drop-down “Design”, where you can choose “Full-width”
Best Regards

uvaluxParticipantHi, I tried to follow your instructions but still don’t see it. What am I missing?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Your problem is not clear enough. I see all the custom fields in the Brand menu item in the same way as they are on the Shop menu item https://gyazo.com/c675567f4ce57fa8ddd18bd439cec805
Please clarify the problem.
Best Regards

uvaluxParticipantHi, I noticed you are viewing on our old staging site. Please try on our live site with login below.
What plugin is allowing the ‘Custom fields [for theme}’ tab to show in the Menu?
I think there are some parts of the theme that may be missing on our live site? I do not see ‘Appearance > Install Plugins’. Sorry for confusion.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme so that we could check deeper.

uvaluxParticipantHello,
I found the debugging issue. The plugin conflict was with ‘Restrict User Access’. When I de-activated it, the ‘Custom fields [for theme]’ appeared and the menu appears correctly now.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Try to find an equal plugin and check the issue. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
