WoodMart header builder not working

Hello,

The header builder is not working, it is just a blank box with no options. I have tried disabling all non theme related plugins and the issue persists. Looking for some help.

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area. If you cannot keep the plugin deactivated, confirm the permit to deactivate for a while of checking.

hello, i am still having the issue. I provided site access yesterday, but it seems like my posts have been deleted? anyways, i will post again. I really need to get this resolved.

Thanks, it is working now. Can you tell me what you had to do to fix it? Wanting to know how to fix it incase there are issues down the road. Also, I have setup a staging area and on initial setup in staging area, and the header builder is not working.
