VISITOR USERS – PROBLEM WITH FAVORITES & COMPARE PAGES

    Dear,

    I’m facing problem with favorites & compare pages. When users are logged-in, it seems to work fine. But when users are not logged-in, the behavior of the compare & favorites page is not correct.

    Can you please check? The issue is the same on both pages. When you delete a product and you regenerate the page via the buttons on the header (or any other means), the product reappears…

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Dear,

    I have tested this again.

    1) I tried being logged in as admin (all plugins, caching, customizations disabled) and everything worked fine.

    2) I treid being logged off as a visitor and the problem appears again.

    Please, send us your admin access while disabling all the plugins and caches off.
