I was working on the website and suddenly i lost the slides on homepage, lost all product categories as well as product attributes such as brands, what could have gone wrong kindly, please help, very urgent?
Please provide the site admin access to the private area I will check if the data can be restored from admin panel. Meanwhile contact your host support ask them if there were automatic regulars backups of the site, if there were, ask them for help to restore.
