CrisParticipantHello, I was having trouble formatting a slider I made in Slider Revolution to work for both desktop and mobile, so instead I created two separate sliders. One for mobile and one for all other screen sizes. The idea was to create two separate rows – one for each slider – then using the responsiveness settings, enable one for mobile only and the other for all other sizes. (I could not find simple settings within Slider Revolution to only show certain slides for mobile vs desktop).
When I add both Sliders (mobile and non-mobile) to my home page, neither loads. However, when I only add one or the other, it loads perfectly fine. I’ve been researching for what may be causing the issue and someone mentioned it could be conflicting CSS or JS within the two sliders and the solution was to remove all custom CSS/JS. I did that, but I am still having the same issue. See pictures attached.
What could be wrong? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
To only show certain slides for mobile vs desktop you can check the below article:
https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-se-doc/layer-mobile-visibility/As you said that currently you are using two sliders in your page. One for the mobile devices and the second one is for all the other devices except for mobile. You can hide the sliders according to the different screen sizes. Edit the inner column of the row by clicking on the pencil icon and then go to the third tab “Responsive Options” from the “Hide on device” option just checked the checkboxes for those screens where you want to hide and hit save changes button.
Screenshot: https://screenshot.net/1en9qteKindly disable the coming soon mode or send me WP admin login details of your site so I can help you. And check the module by using both the sliders at once.
You can share your attachment in private so the other person can’t see your screenshots or attachments.
Best Regards.

CrisParticipantThank you for the information! Right now the issue is that when I have two sliders on the page (even if only one is visible at a time), neither loads.
So perhaps the best route is hiding individual slides dependent upon screen size. I tried looking for the settings you referenced to hide individual slides in Slider Revolution, but they updated their UI and I cannot find those options.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello
Actually, there is an issue with your slider. I have added 2 different theme default sliders on the same page and one hide on the mobile and other on desktop both are showing fine on the page. Please see the below screenshots:
http://prnt.sc/p550y1You can check now on both desktop and mobile https://stralaskincare.com/slider-test/ showing different sliders on both devices.
FYI:
If you want to disable a specific slider on the mobile screens you can use the option “Disable On Mobile” from the General Settings of slider revolution under the “General” option.
Screenshot: https://jmp.sh/b93GMG7Unfortunately in the latest version of slider revolution you can not hide the whole slide for mobile devices but you can hide the specific layers according to different screen sizes. So if you want to disable some specific layers of a slide in the mobile devices you can select multiple layers from the left area and then click “Responsivity” and from the “Visibility” you can switch the button to “off” for just the mobile screens.

CrisParticipantI’m going to attempt rebuilding using two separate templates. Seems to be an issue across several of the Slider Revolution Templates – when the same base template is used twice (even if each is renamed and customized) on the same page, they do not load properly.

CrisParticipantI rebuilt the Slider combining both desktop and mobile slides into a single slider. Seemed to work well when testing using my desktop and changing screen sizes but when I tested the site using Chrome on iOS on my iPhone I receive an error saying “Oops. No slides were found, please add some slides.” See attached pics.
How can I resolve this issue?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have test your site. Actually you hide your slides for the mobile devices that’s why your slides not shown in iphone as well as android devices.
By mistakenly you turn on the button which is responsible to hide the slide in mobile devices from the slides settings as in the screenshot:
https://screenshot.net/g1g4zipKindly turn off that button for all the slides by editing your slides one one and then save the changes. This will fixed your issue.

CrisParticipantAh thank you! Yes, I did leave those checked by accident since I built this off my desktop only slider. Fixed!
