    Hello,

    After updating to the latest version of the theme, we have encountered the following issues:

    1. Search form in header used to be a magnifying glass icon with a dropdown field once you clicked on it, now it’s a full field with a button at the bottom of it (see attached image search-bar-box.jpg)

    2. Header banner for the Collections page has been completely squeezed to the center (see attached collections-page-header.png). This is what the banner used to look like before:

    3. The layout of content in the following page is off: http://www.tvgbeta.com/kj/custom-jewellery/ Scroll to the bottom and you’ll see what I’m talking about (see attached image custom-jewellery.png). Oddly enough, the issue doesn’t show up if you are logged into the backend. In order to view the issue, you have to be logged out, go to the custom jewellery page and scroll to the bottom of the page.

    Hello,

    1: I have test your site, your header search bar already have dropdown format. If you want to change the search bar look, you can choose different options by edit your current header from the Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit your current header >> Main header row>> Search:

    2: The Header banner on your Collections page is not squeezed at all. It looks perfectly alright you can check in the below screenshot:

    3: The layout of the custom jewelry page disturbed only in your child theme “knar-jewellery Child” due to your custom changes in code. The page looks perfectly fine in your parent theme. Just undo your custom code and the issue will be resolved.

    Hi again,

    Site width is set at 1600px but does now view properly unless you are logged in.

    Also, after update the frame at top no longer appears and mobile navbar is off. See attached.

    Note: We had WP Kraken Optimize things on site and just want to ensure if it’s an issue on your end or theirs after they did the work. The site seems slower/sluggish overall as we keep updating theme so unsure if there is something that is causing conflict.

    Just want site to be as quick as your demo and doesn’t seem to be the case with things we are doing and want to ensure all is functioning properly with or updates based on the migration after major update. Was faster before we switched and perhaps we did something wrong?

    Thanks in advance and theme is amazing but simply want it to be as quick as yours as far as speed and functionality.

    Cheers.

    Hello,

    I have test your site without logging in and your site shown properly. You can check in the screenshot:

    Which top frame are you talking about. If you are talking about the top bar then you check in the below screenshot that it shown in fine as expected:

    To fix your footer navbar in mobile devices. Please insert the below css in Theme Settings >> CUSTOM CSS >> Custom CSS for mobile landscape and in the Custom CSS for mobile:

    .woodmart-toolbar {
    padding-left: 50px;
    }

    In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

    Best Regards.

    Hi,

    The site width issue is still there. Check out the screen shots we took (attached images) for the two scenarios (logged in and logged off). One is clearly narrower than the other, did you try logging in and viewing the site that way to spot the difference?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Your given login details are not working. Please send me the correct login details. Also, I have found that you have enabled the Cloudflare CDN from your server. Please Flush the CDN cache and disable it from your server while you are in the development process.

    Please see the screenshot: http://prnt.sc/p7boif

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

    I have test your site with two scenarios (logged in and logged off). Your site width is shown equal and none of them is shown narrower than the other.
