Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We can not detect the problem without checking. We cannot check without entering the admin area. We do not change anything we just check and inform. Possible reason: custom CSS, or plugins conflict. As soon as you provide your site admin access we shall be able to check and help.
Best Regards

dsl-msParticipantI’m having the same issue. If I use an emulator in browser tools the menu appears just fine, but if I actually use my phone it doesn’t show. I reverted to the previous version using a backup and the menu is there. As soon as I updated to 4.1.0 it wasn’t there?
The My Account links show in the menu when you are logged in, just not when you aren’t.
I have tested this with all plugins deactivated except for the essentials. Screenshots and admin access in private area

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHi,
We have checked your site on iOS devices and find the issue. Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings.
.browser-Safari .menu-item-register { visibility: visible; } .browser-Safari .menu-item-register.sub-menu-dropdown { visibility: hidden; }This issue will also be fixed in the next theme update.
Regards
