    how to change the text on my search box? make it Search products instead of search post.

    Hello,

    To change the search text from “Search for posts” to “Search for products” you need to edit your header form the Woodmart >> Header Builder >> Edit you current header>> Click on the pencil icon of the search element as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/mWCqHVD

    Then select the “Post Type” as “PRODUCT” as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/NMtNGKc

    There is no ‘Post Type’ option available in my search settings. Kindly see the screenshot for your reference.

    Hello,

    Your prior login credentials are not working anymore. Kindly provide your correct admin login credentials so I can access your admin area and help you to solve the search issue.

    I’m using Relevanssi now the product is searching yes, but it when i’m searching, i displays a post type product. I already build the index. I also want relevanssi to search for variation products, i followed this this thread from your forum. https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/relevansi-plugin-ajax-search-for-everyone. Can you help me with this problem? Thank you!

    Hello,

    I have tested this on my test site as your site is not working and shows the message “This domain may be available for registration or renewal.”

    You just have to enable the option “Use Relevanssi for AJAX search” from Theme Settings >> Shop as shown in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/mzhoNHm

    And it works perfect you can check the result in the below screenshot: https://jmp.sh/sgNAfbq

    The very first thing is you need to make sure that your are using the latest version of our theme which is 4.1.0.

    It seems that you are using an older version and that’s why your “‘Post Type” is not shown for search element.

    Also in the change log of our latest update you can see that we added the Relevanssi for AJAX search option.

    Hello, I’ve attached the wrong url. The Relevanssi option is activated on theme setting, it works perfectly fine on me. My theme is updated but the variation is not showing when im trying to search for it. When I click view all result, it shows me all the product related to the product im searching but in post types with date. i know it wasn’t suppose to look like this. How can i fix this issue?

    I have solved the Search box text issue. my current problem now is Relevanssi cannot search for variation.

    Hello,

    I’m glad to hear that your search box issue is resolved.

    Relevanssi for AJAX search is working just perfectly fine. The relevanssi is used to show all the other products which contain those letters or words in their name and it’s not designed to show the product variations. Relevanssi shows those products at the top whose letter matches the most with your search string.
