It is not possible to expand the submenu by clicking on the text rather than ">" symbol in the mobile menu.

Because the submenu dropdown is outside of those main menu <a> tags. They have a seperate div with class “sub-menu-dropdown” So it requires customization to change this behaviour which is beyond our limitations.
