Few problems with theme

    Hello,
    I am currently experiencing issues with the hotspot feature not showing the hotspots?

    Also the social icons and floating social buttons not showing. I have seen the floating social buttons appear now and again but they are never visible consistently?

    There should be social buttons in the top bar but can never see them? Also the social icons in the footer show on mobile but not on the desktop?

    Would you mind taking a look at and advising on how we can correct issues.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area so that we could check.
