Sales countdown does not appear

    Hi, why some products have sales countdown appear, some don’t appear, I have set both start and end date for all these products

    Hello,

    I have seen your both of the products. As the one is a variable product on which countdown timer is not shown.

    First of all you need to make sure that you turn on the option for variable product from Theme Settings >> Product Page >> Show/Hide elements >> Countdown for variable products
