    I have my website here and the menu is not showing correctly as in the below screen shot

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check the settings.

    Hello,

    Please update your theme and deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check.

    theme updated & most of the plugins were deactivated and problem still there
