Photos showing low quality

    Hi,
    My photos in the banner are showing low quality and I don’t know why I choose the same size as in the demo. Also, i would like to have the getting dark effect when hovering over

    The 5 banner after the Slider.

    Hi,

    We just checked your images and see that original images have low quality. They are not changed by our theme at all. Check your images or maybe any optimizations plugins that may influence images.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the quick reply.
    I don’t have any photo resizing plug-in install.
    Hows about the hover over darken effect? How can I do this?

    Also, the template have a very slow loading performance do you have any advice to speed up. Please see the photos attached they are not low quality.

    As you can see, it has some special words added to the end pagespeed.ic.sHcsLGCKH4.webp. It is not added by our theme or WordPress.

    As for performance, we don’t see any issues on your website now and it works fast. What exactly do you mean here?

    I mean gt metrix performance was by F und E and in google page speed is by 45
    The page speed is a form side ground option that reduces page speed. I run this option on 5 other websites and no problems with the photos. If I disable the already bad loading speed decrease even more.

    How can i solve this problem?

    GTmetrix results analyze your page content including images, scripts, and styles that come with all your plugins, videos etc. It doesn’t depend on the theme. Moreover, all our theme scripts and CSS files are optimized and combined into the one file. You can check our demo on GTmetrix and see that its grade is A or B for some pages.

    Hi, I have a other question and can‘t find where i can make a new question so i will ask here.

    1.in the shop section i would like to have 5 columns but in the theme settings at shop i can set only 2-4 and 6 but i want 5 how can i do that?

    2. for the categories i want to make categories earrings, rings, bracelets, pendants and also and collection for example Zest, Happy, Flora each have earrings, rings, bracelets, pendants so when i click on Zest see all items and when i ckick in earrings see only earrings.
    How can i do that.

    Hello,

    1. Unfortunately, CSS framework used in our theme doesn’t support 5 columns grid. This option is absent in Visual Composer plugin as well. We will consider adding it in our future updates.

    2. Sorry, but it is not quite clear for us how do you want to organize your categories.

    Ok, thank you for you answer.

    About the Categories I have 8 collections with earrings, rings, pendant, bracelet, bangle and i want to organize by Collection name and also item like ring. I am afraid the top line of the shop will be than full with collections and items name like rings etc.

    We suggest you divide your organiztions into two layers:

    1. Categories

    2. Product attribute.

    For example, you will have categories: Zest, Happy, Flora etc and each product will have an attribute named “Type” for example. Types will be divided into earnings, rings etc... Then you will have nice categories menu and be able to add a layered navigation widget to sort products by Type.

    Hope you understand the idea.

    i understand the idea but, do i have to take the “type” attributes? And where i add the widget navigation? Do you have a guideline of example for me so i understand the workflow?
