even when user create new account for shop they are not getting an email with password http://prntscr.com/pcefgv
It will be such a pleasure if tell me what to do?

This issue does not relate to our theme, unfortunately, our theme does not have any option t to influence. Make sure your user has the proper status “Administrator” and the rights to change the email.
