A problem with the contact form

Hello,

Could you please test your contact form emails as well as order emails by activating some other theme like “Twenty Nineteen” for a moment. So it will be clear that this is the theme issue or not because most of the time email server has not been set up and for that you need to contact your host support.

You can translate the text before the order button from the Woocommerce >> Settings>> Accounts & Privacy >> Privacy Policy as in the below screenshot:

We have not tested those plugins yet with our theme and it’s not possible to guarantee 3rd party plugins for us, but if plugins are coded perfectly it should work with any WooCommerce theme like Woodmart. You can also confirm from the plugin author.

I am glad to hear that your contact form is working now and your Privacy & Policy text has been translated successfully.

As I already told you that we have not tested those third party plugins yet with our theme. So I can’t advise about that discount plugin also. You can test it by yourself.

Sorry it is not possible to hide the add to cart icon only from those products which do not have a price. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and policy.

You can edit your newsletter popup from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup. Just note the html block short code and you will be able to edit that specific html block from the HTML Blocks option in the dashboard.
