Parent Categories always open in Shop Widget

Dear Team,
I would like to have my parent categories always open in my shop and not clickable.
Sub categories should be clickable.
Is there a setting for this?
For example:
Watches (parent)
> Amy (sub category)
Right now I see only the parent category and I need to click on it to see the sub categories. But it would be much better if the parent category would by more like a title without the option to click. Like in the example of BURKER

Why is the sidebar gone when you visit the subcategory page?

1. The default Woocommerce does not provide such an option.
2. In order to test the issue, I have set one category as a child, cause you have no children categories. I am checking and see the sidebar very clearly http://prntscr.com/pd7leb
