GoldenlionParticipantHello,
We have set the Woodmart Layered Nav filter in the Widget Shop Page Area.
When I look at them in the domain/shop/ page or search page then it is narrowing down the filtering results like I was expecting it to be. But when I look at them in another category there is no narrowing down of the results. Why is that or do I have to set it differently? Thanks for your reply.
Best regards,
Dennis

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand where our theme causes the problem. If you see the same on the free Storefront theme, please contact the plugin support.

GoldenlionParticipantHello,
I have set Storefront as the theme, but your attribute filter widget is not working at all, because it is the
- WOODMART
layered nav filter and that is gone when I switch to another theme…
Note: when I choose for a standard attribute filter in Woodmart theme, the function is as it should be on every category. Only when I choose the filter widget from Woodmart, this only works on the shop page and on search page. But I want to use the Woodmart filter widgets because the style of the standard is not looking well.
Best regards,
Dennis

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please specify which filters do not work on the category page? Provide a few products from the category which have this attribute.

GoldenlionParticipantHello Elise,
Did you look at the website links I send you in the initial question? Then you can see for yourself what the difference is between a category view and a shop view. See attached images what the difference is and how I have set your filter widget.
Best regards,
Dennis

GoldenlionParticipantIn addition to your previous reply… You say your demo is working correctly, but all your category pages are in the path of shop like e.g.: Home / Shop / Accessories.
In that case it is also working on our webshop, but the problem is that I want it to work on e.g.:
Home / Accessories . We don’t want to use shop in our breadcrumbs etc.October 2, 2019 at 3:38 pm #148114
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We suspect that this is the issue of plugins conflict. Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and activate them one by one, checking the issue to discover which one causes the problem.
The breadcrumbs settings hardly ever influence.

GoldenlionParticipantHello Elise,
Unfortunately it didn’t resolve in a solution. But we came to the conclusion that it’s not related to your theme. We have set the theme to Storefront and with some basic filters the same problem occurs.
Do you have any ideas where to look?Best regards,
Dennis

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Have you checked the issue with all the plugins deactivated? Please try this way, then activate one by one checking which one causes the problem.
Best Regards
