Add quantity on the fast add to cart

There is no such option in WooCommerce by default. You can do this with the help of additional code customization. You can read and follow the below article that might help you:

As it requires customization so this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

The total product quantity is already shown for every single product in the sidebar cart . You can check in the below screenshot: https://jmp.sh/BvSirr7

You can not add the option to increase or decrease the quantity of product in the sidebar cart .

As I already describes you that it is not possible to add that option in the sidebar cart.
