Need a child theme please

I had a child theme active before, lost my site and had to essentially rebuild. I need a new child theme please to stop the overwriting of templates if you could help please?

You can setup a new child theme by reading and following the below documentation:

Also the package which you have downloaded from Themeforest contain the child version of theme. You can use that one if you want to. You just have to copy and paste that child theme folder named as “woodmart-child” in wp-content\themes.
OR
If you had taken a backup of your site before losing it. Then you can restore your site from backup.
