Wrong Date and time in Blogs

    I live in toronto. The date on my blog pages are of different time zone. I fixed it under setting but it does not change on the blog. when i use the timer it gives me wrong date and time. please advise how to fix it. thx

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
