Hello,
Actually, this is the custom Field text coming from Theme Options. So you have to add in the string translation. Please Navigate to WPML >> String Translation >> Click the Translate the texts of the administration screens » then find the “xts-woodmart-options[wishlist_empty_text]“ option and check it and save it, then this custom text will show in the String Translation.
