I have about 600 lines of custom CSS in the theme settings. Everything worked fine until the theme update.

Now whatever I write in the custom CSS editor doesn’t get refleced on the frontend.

I have cleared the cache (WP Rocket), cleared cache in Chrome, tried several browsers etc.
Deactivated Wordfence & WP Rocket, cleared cache again. Nothing works!

It’s a live site, ads are running!

    Please help!

    Hello,

Be sure that you performed all the steps from our migration guide https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
After that, please, disable all external plugins and send us your admin access so we can test it.

    Kind Regards

I did everything exactly as in the migration guide except that I didn’t uninstall Redux Framework, because some other plugins still need it (GDPR plugin).

I will upgrade the theme again right now

Also even after the migration I can’t updat the theme via Appearance > Themes

    I get this error:

Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Which means that I still have to update it manually..

Updating the theme to the latest version solved it.

Will I be ever able to update the theme via appearance > themes or I will have to always do it manually?

    Hello,

Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

    4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Regards
