Product Grid Issue

    I can’t get the Shop page or related items to show properly. They ignore all settings when trying to show list or grid, etc. Other pages and items work perfect but the Shop page, Categories page, related items, etc. show as broken layout instead of grid. I’ve tried deactivating all plugins to see if it was a CSS issue or another conflict with no luck. I’ve also cleared cache and tried other browsers with same results. Please help! I can setup credentials if needed.

    The subheader for the Shop page is showing the default image and is ignoring the one I set for the site’s subheader also

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area so that we could check and suggest.

    All are deactivated except for a few that came with the theme. Login credentials are in the Private Content of the message.
