    I am getting error while setting up the theme. ERROR: import ajax problem, add it manually. Please solve it as soon as possible because tomorrow is the delivery date of my project.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, if you use the child and provide the site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area so that we could check.

    Please reinstall my theme and activate that. If you need to reinstall my wordpress then reinstall that also. Anyhow this theme should be on my website. Today is my delivery last date. Please do as soon as possible.

    I’m looking at your website now and see that the dummy content is already installed and our theme is working correctly. There is no need to reinstall everything from scratch. Just go ahead and configure your website to your needs and fill it with your content. If you will have any questions, refer to our documentation or create a topic here and we will do our best to help you.

    Could you please reupload your screenshots in a size smaller than 512KB? Or upload it to some cloud service like Dropbox or Google Drive.

    A part of these images are currently loaded from our server. And due to conflict between HTTP and HTTPS they may be not shown correctly. Try to temporarily diable Safe SSL plugin and replace all images with your own.

    Please specify what problem do you have now? Here is the theme documentation which allows you to configure as per your needs https://xtemos.com/documentation/woodmart/

    As you know our theme is based on WP Bakery page builder. If you have any difficulties with elements here are video tutorials which would help you https://wpbakery.com/video-tutorials/

    If you have any problems related to the theme, please provide detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce, page URL with the problem. Please update the access to the site I cannot login now.
