bidnbuyParticipantHow can the list items in a mage menu be dynamically link to the products categories?
Instead of manually entering a link-title within the “Extra menu list settings’, I would prefer to have these titles directly associated with a product category. Editing the category title would then also update the mega menu list item.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
There is an option to show the categories in the shop page heading which is configured in the Theme Settings > Shop Page > Sidebars and Page Title Demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/
Option “Categories in page title” will show the categories menu generated automatically based on all categories in the shop.
The rest option to show categories shows the category menu created in Appearance > Categories and they are not changed automatically.
Best Regards

bidnbuyParticipantJust so I’m 100% clear- are you saying that the menu list items with “Browse Categories” mega menu cannot be dynamically populated by the product’s parent categories and associated subcategories?
October 17, 2019 at 7:58 am #150617
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
“Browse category” menu is created manually in Appearance > Menu. Then you assign this menu by means of Category element in the header builder.
Any menu in Appearance > Menu is not dynamic, it is created and edited manually.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We do not provide paid service. You will have to find a developer or developing company to customize WordPress.
Just for your information. The Search element has the option to add categories https://gyazo.com/c42eb14a366077fce0dbeaa9ac3fe978 These categories are added dynamically, thery are not edited. All the existing categories are shown, perhaps it may be useful.

Does your Woodmart theme also works with the Elementor Page Editor Plugin?

bidnbuyParticipantThanks for your time and responses. Referring the attached image, how can I hide the “categories / brands” from the product styles. I’m not seeing a style or setting to give me the control needed when displaying products.
Examples:
– Sports & Outdoors
– Home & Garden / Vitra
– BidnBuy Motors / Magisso
– Home & Garden / KLÖBERThanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can set not showing the categories in the product grid. You can find this option in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product styles > Show product category next to title > OFF.
