Moved: Reply To: upgrading to 5.0, lost all styling

Hi Guys
Same happened to me when upgrading to 5.0, lost all styling, Basel logo is in the header, Colours are default etc. Luckily I did the update in a test environment. This is how the site is supposed to look: https://hairtalk.ie I am also using a child theme. Settings seem to be the same as they were before the upgrade. http://prntscr.com/pkwq9w Please provide more details on each problem with the screenshots and page URL.
Both sites looks the same.

Hi yes we fixed it yesterday we just imported the styles from the existing site into the theme and re-wrote the Urls to match the test site, We have other Basel Sites to update so an issue still exists when updating to v5 have you had other people having a similar issue?

We have very little cases when the update causes any problems. Such happens due to plugins or server configurations. In any case, if you have any questions or problems feel free to contact us we shall help to upgrade. Do full backups each time you upgrade.
