Updating theme is very difficult?

    I goto appearance and click on theme update and once it shows its updated , I go back to appearance and see the same message which says UPDATE so what’s the purpose of adding activation code when its not really updating the theme ? How can I update this theme.

    Hello,

    Please make the full back-up of your site and try to update via FTP or Dashboard > Appearance > Themes. Switch to the default theme, remove the current version, upload and activate fresh one. If your theme is under 4.0, please read and follow the suggestions provided here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/

    If you have difficulties, make the full back up of your site and provide FTP access to the private area.
