photos are not shown after activate the woodmart child theme

When I acticated the woodmart child theme, found all photos are not shown in the website, even not shown after I change back to the woodmart theme, why is this happen? and how to fix it?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
