How do i activate top bar on Fashion Flat theme

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Disable “Hidding on ” in the row settings of the top bar https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/header-rows-columns-configuration/

Then add elements as per your needs https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/
