    Hi guys,
    Last time I contacted you about the issue that I had with the image quality:

    Now I have another issue and I think they relate to each other. The parallax is not working for the top pictures.

    I checked and the parallax option is on.

    I see two additional tabs in the row settings which are not provided by WP Bakery page builder or our theme https://gyazo.com/732bd83e5da54dc7573e78f19af7c157

    Disable the plugin which provides these tabs and check the issue once more. If the problem remains, please move the clone of your site to some staging platform so that we could disable the plugins and check.

    Yes, you are right. It’s another plugin that working with WPBakery.
    But it is not related to the issue because that plugin was here from the beginning and the parallax worked with it.

    I also confirm it by disabling it and the issue still happened.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme confirm the permit for us to check without the plugins.

    The row parallax has been influenced by styles determining the background-position.

    You need to set “Default” https://prnt.sc/pnjisy

    Here you should set “None” https://prnt.sc/pnjjc4

    It was always like that and worked great. Probably the last update caused it.

    By the way, if you said that it need to be set up like that, how can i set the position of the pictures and still using paralax like before?

    Hello,

    The parallax effect has not been amended in the recent update. We have fixed the blurry images on mobile only.

    Parallax effect contains background-position: cover (which stretches the image horizontally as the result there is no sence to set left or right position) and background-position: 50% 50% which is changed on the scroll (the image is aligned initially in the center) moving up and down.
