Username or email sign in

In case a customer has lost the password cannot sign in using the email address although the option exists. In fact, in any case using the email address the customer cannot sign in. please see attached file.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, if you use the child check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

This field is not provided by the default Woocomerce. Seems you are using a plugin, deactivate it in the first turn and check again.

Thank you very much. The problem was due to the “iThemes Security plugin”. In the settings i changed the parameter of “Login with Email Address or Username” to the default which is “email Address and Username” and it works now.
