Enter the page and set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs in order to remove the gap between the menu and the first slider.
As for the sliders, the height of the sliders is more than image height that is why you have this gap https://prnt.sc/pmxgsk You need to use the same image sizes and set the slider height equal to the image size.
