These 3 things at the last step of purchase slow down conversion significantly, could you please indicate to your users how to address them? I hope you won’t consider this customization, as it is much closer to “correction of issues”.
1/ On mobile, when the payment fails or when any other error happens on the checkout page, the box with an error message that appeared are located on the top of the page, but most often it won’t be visible to the user until he/she scrolls up to the top of the page. An error should trigger an automatic scroll up so that the person sees the errors message, otherwise he/she doesn’t know why nothing seems to happen, and the conversion process stops right there.
2/ on mobile (and desktop I think) currently the message saying « shipping cost updated” is orange with a warning sign, like this is an error, this is dissuasive in the purchasing process. It should be green with no warning sign, like a newsletter subscription confirmation for instance, because this is a successful operation. How can it be changed?
3/ in most websites the “Ship to a different address” box is unticked by default, not on Woodmart, it’s one more button to click for the customer, how can it be changed?
Again, all my feature requests are unanswered and this is okay, but the issues I address here are very different, much more important.

2. Could you please send us screenshots and steps on how to reproduce it so we can better understand this request?
3. It is a WooCommerce option and can be changed in WooCommerce settings.

2/ yes sure, see attached at the bottom.
3/ thank you but I can’t see it, can you let me know where to find this settings? I’ve tried General, Products, Shipping, etc etc without seeing it.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt is how the WooCommerce messages work. There are ship three types of messages: success, warning, and error. We can’t change the style of this particular message only. It is a warning type and it should be orange with a warning sign.

mapsmapsParticipantRegarding 2 : in my opinion if you want to calculate the shipping cost and you enter a post code, and then as a result you see the shipping cost, this is called a success, not a warning. But if this is a woocommerce settings, okay, it doesn’t really matter
Regarding 3 : so if I understand correctly it is in fact not a WooCommerce option and can’t be changed in WooCommerce settings?October 28, 2019 at 7:19 am #152786
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it has a filter in the code and can be changed from there. Anyway, our theme doesn’t influence this functionality and we don’t have our own option or filter for that.
