YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards Not Applying Discount

magbazParticipanti install YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards … and i made all setting up and good … the problem is when i try to click apply the point Discount its do nothing…nothing happen at all…

Kindly test the same thing with default WordPress theme like Twenty-nineteen. So it will be clear that this is the theme issue or not.
Because YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin is a third party plugin It might conflicts with default WooCommerce functionality.

36stylesParticipantI got the YITH Points and Rewards plugin to apply the discount on my site. By following the suggestion of the Woodmart staff on another post about Sumo Rewards plugin, I disabled ‘Sticky Notifications’ under Theme Settings > General.
Disabling the Sticky Notifications got it to work properly! I hope this works for you.

Thank you very much for your help.Yes, some plugins will not work with the sticky messages option. Actually, the fix is to disable them and use standard WooCommerce messages
