Product Styles missing an option showing available sizes and wishlist on hover

Hi there,
I am strugling with Product Styles, there are many options but unfortunately for me one option is missing. I would like to have the product style to change lke this:
On hover over a product i would like to see:
1. without cart button and the wishlist button in the top right corner
2. on hover default show available sizes on the place where the text of the title (and brand shows up). if too many sizes to fit space you should be able to press “show more” and land on the product page.
What can you suggest me to do best? Where would i be able to change this?

1. Please provide your shop page URL I will provide custom CSS. If your site is under maintenance, please provide your site admin access to the private area.
2. There is no option to do that or a quick solution to customize.

The page is for example: http://kinderkleren.com/product-categorie/meisjes/
Too bad for option 2 as sizes are shown in dropdown when seleting the cart/ select options button. So i thought the functionality is there. Anyway i need it, how can i make it happen? I am willing to pay for it.
