    Hi,
    I asked the WPML Support Form but they didn’t help.

    There is a lot of information to be translated in the theme.
    So I just want to translate the contents in the frontand.
    Is there a way to do this?

    Sorry, but your question is not clear to us. Do you mean that some strings are not translatable?

    I don’t want to translate the wp-admin (backend) content of the theme.
    I just want to translate frontend contents.
    Is there a way to make this distinction?

    You can simply skip strings from the backend. Sorry, but there is no other way to separate them.
