    Hi support,

    We have a Dutch website with products (geminibv.nl), which we have translated via WPML into German, French and English. The filter options for the multilangual websites have not been translated yet, so we would like to temporarily show the Dutch filter options.

    We have quite a bit of time in this, but we cannot resolve that. We have imported the Dutch values for the multilingual products, so that they are in fact ‘translated’. Next, under ‘Widgets’> ‘Shop page widget area’ we have set all filters to ‘View: All languages’. However, the widgets do not appear.

    There seems to be a bug in the theme that prevents multilingual widgets from being displayed.

    How can we solve this asap? Regards.

    Hello,

    You need to create the translation for all: attributes, product filters. If you have not translated the products, filters would not appear as there is nothing to filter in this language.

    If you have translated all and still have the problem, test the issue on the Storefront theme, if you see the same, please contact WPML support, if you have problem only with Woodmart, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, update the site admin access to the private area if the credentials have changed since you provided.
