Subcategories under Header Title

    Hi, i have categories, which have a lot of subcategories, so that the display in the header doesnt look fine: See Screenshot.

    Is there a solution to this?
    For example can i set a limit to the amount of subcategories shown in the header (For example 5)?
    Or just display the subcategories in the header only for the first two hierarchies?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately there is no such option to set a limit to the amount of subcategories shown in the header title section.

    But you can enable the “Show current category ancestors” option from the Theme Settings >> Shop >> SIDEBAR & PAGE TITLE. So on the category page the title section header contains only the subcategories of current category not all the categories of products.

    I did check this option, but still having trouble with the amount of subcategories:

    Hello,

    Yes, because that option “Show current category ancestors” is responsible for only displaying subcategories of that specific current category and it is not responsible for the amount of subcategories.

    As I already describes you there is no such option to decrease the amount of subcategories except of deleting them from your dashboard Products >> Categories.

    It requires customization to display less amount of subcategories on front end and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
