I don't get the slider option in the menu

I don’t see the option to create slider, the one that is not with the revolutionary slider, but the option slides as they explain it in their help module.

In order to create a new slider you need to go to the Dashboard > Slider Revolution https://revolution.themepunch.com/joomla/documentation/first-steps/index.html#newslider
