no access: WoodMart templates library

    Hi,

    I bought the Theme today and I start with the configuration.
    In this way I start to open Templates by wp bakery.

    Here I got as 1st Tab the view:
    WoodMart templates library

    WPBakery predefined template parts and layouts from XTemos Studio. Designed for WoodMart WordPress template.

    —

    But I see only all time the “loading” animation and no Templates.
    (Check my attachment)

    What I did wrong, that I have no access on it successfully?
    I am waiting all time, but it not start to show me anything.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Please, disable all external plugins first.

    You can translate or simply change all theme and plugin texts via PO file in WordPress. Here is a video tutorial that should help you translate your website texts with a Loco Translate plugin https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3NsDdMzsls&list=PLMw6W4rAaOgKKv0oexGHzpWBg1imvrval&index=3

    We suggest you to keep translated files in wp-content/languages/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder.

    I have a new problem!

    I added my first product in the shop.
    But I see no variables and I see no buy process.

    I am not found a checkbox how I can activate the “buyable”.
    All configurations are right. But no products are buyable at the moment.
    And I see no variables I configuated in the background.

    Please help!

    Hello,
    thank you a lot for your help!

    Its really helpful and fast.

    But I have a (hopefully) last important question.
    I must generate a big shop with your theme and a lot of products need specific configurations.

    I find the woocommerce plugin “Uni CPO – WooCommerce Options and Price Calculation Formulas”
    And at the moment I am testing the freeware. But if its work, we will use the pro version, because this features are very important for us.

    Is this plugin compare with your theme?

    Hello,

    We have not tested the following plugin for the purpose that is why we can hardly recommend it. Try to check if that plugin provides 14 days refund, if it is not what you want or not compatible with the theme you would not lose money.
