Products not displaying hover options

    Hi,
    I have recently added some new products to our website but they are not showing any hover options? I have tried adding another new product and that worked as intended.

    I am baffled as to why this group of products is not displaying like the rest. Hopefully you can tell me why this is? Am I missing something?

    *Update*

    It appears that when a product is assigned into multiple categories you lose the hover options. Surely this shouldn’t happen?

    The fridges are the products not showing the hover option e.g “add to wishlist”, “compare”, “quick view” and “add to basket”.

    Can this be fixed? Most of our products fall into multiple categories.

    Hello,

    Your site is unavailable now. As soon as the site works.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    Hi, our website has been moved onto it’s official domain now. https://www.batteriesandsolar.co.uk/shop

    I tried deactivating all plugins and still the problem persists. Could you take a look please? Thank you

    Hello,

    I am checking the site and I see the buttons on hover and image changes on hover https://gyazo.com/1795b13db8d3a3420f306b8ddf9d521f

    I have assigned a few categories to the product https://gyazo.com/f8b47848a5c509e30df8c6866adf3fcc and checked again and it works https://gyazo.com/d407c79caefd23a0e8cff7f7e51688d6

    Please check and clarify the problem, describe which steps should I take to reproduce the problem?

    If you go to the shop page and scroll down to the fridges at the very bottom those do not have the hover feature working correctly.

    I selected one of the fridges and only assigned it into 2 categories and still have the same problem.

    We have investigated your site and found the cause of the problem. The easiest way to fix this issue will be found following categories (http://prntscr.com/pvh6ak) and rename they Slug excluding word loading. For example, rename slug from “top-loading” (https://prnt.sc/pvh6mf) to “top-load”.

    This could be done temporarily. The following issue will be fixed in the next theme update.
