Please add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:
body .woodmart-product-countdown span {
background-color:green;
}
body .woodmart-product-countdown span,
body .woodmart-product-countdown span span{
color: orange;
}
Set the colors as per your needs.
