    OMG !! The theme has new versiona and update. Now the layout get like this. please help me fix it. It also changes all colorr, fonts, icons …

    It also asks to install core plugins, I click to install core plugins and now cannot go to wordpress dasboard.

    It always show a yellow box on the page asking to go Appearace- Plugin to update but now it’s showing error page. Cannot do anything.

    Hello,

    Before updating you should have done this backup. Now try to contact your host support perhaps they have automatic backups of your site and maybe they will help you to restore.
