Theme notice message cannot contain url to be opened.

    Hi,
    Im trying to set up the YITH WooCommerce Points and Rewards plugin for my woocommerce website. And i found when i click on anywhere on the notice message area, it considers me to dismiss the message in default but im actually clicking on the url in the message.
    Could you please give me a hand of sloving this problem out?
