Email not receive when making purchased.

Both admin and customers didn’t receive the emails at all when checkout completed.
I’ve just installed the template into new wordpress with woocommerce and set all settings in the woocommerce.
Do I need to install any extra plugin or make changes on settings?

As we already answered your comment on themeforest it seems to be a problem with your WooCommerce configuration or server mail function. Are other emails work correctly? Does it happen only with our theme or even with some default one also?
In case when emails are not sending at all you should contact your hosting providers and ask them to check mail function on your web-site.
