Remove Empty Space Under Header

I have this weird empty space under my header (https://imgur.com/1nVqjJB). How do I remove it please? I checkd in the header builder and I this section should not show.

Same thing on desktop: https://imgur.com/3aEP7ws The one on desktop I think I want to keep though if possible.

Enter the page and set margin-top:-40px in the upper row settings: http://prntscr.com/lexqqs
If you have any gap, please provide your site admin access I will check the settings and show where else to set zero.
