Sidebar missing from shop

Hi Xtemos Team!
The sidebar is not showing in shop/category area although we have set it in the interface.
We have tried specifying it also in the “shop” page attributes and also in theme attributes but sidebar widget is not showing. We also tried changing it to “Off Canvas” sidebar but either way cannot see the sidebar content is loaded anywhere in the output source code which suggests it is not just hidden and is not configured to load the sidebar at all.
I also had a look at this post https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/attributes-deleted-no-sidebar-shown-how-to-restore/ which is a bit old post but it’s not closed yet. Can we know how that issue got resolved eventually?
I added access to wp-admin & shop url in private content.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Sorry for your trouble. I can confirm this time it is some issue with “iCredit/Rivhit payment gateway plugin”. I will continue checking this with them.

Why would a “Payment Gateway” plugin break the Sidebar functionality?
I don’t see any far connection between these as the payment gateway is not a widget and is not included anyway in the sidebar…

There may be many reasons, perhaps the plugin code conflicts with our code. Unfortunately, we cannot be compatible with all plugins on the market.
